By accessing or using Learnrr, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About Learnrr

  • Learnrr ("we", "us", or "our") is an online education marketplace operated by Learnrr Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India.
  • Learnrr connects prospective students with partner universities and educational programmes. We are an intermediary platform and are not ourselves a university or degree-awarding body.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Learnrr.
  • By using our platform, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Learnrr is provided for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only.
  • You may not use the platform to distribute spam, engage in fraudulent activity, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@learnrr.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course Information & Accuracy

  • Course details, fees, and programme information on Learnrr are provided by our partner universities. While we make every effort to keep this information accurate, we cannot guarantee it is always current.
  • Always verify admission requirements, fees, and programme details directly with the university before making any payment.
  • Learnrr is not responsible for changes made by universities to their programmes or fees after information is published on our platform.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Using Learnrr to browse, compare, and get counselling is free.
  • Fees for courses and programmes are paid directly to the respective universities — not to Learnrr.
  • Learnrr receives a referral commission from partner universities when a student enrols. This does not affect the fees you pay.
  • All refund, deferral, and cancellation policies are governed by the individual university's policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Learnrr — including text, logos, designs, and software — is owned by Learnrr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Learnrr content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Learnrr provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose of any content.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Learnrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Learnrr (which, for most users, is zero).

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
  • Your continued use of Learnrr after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
